On June 29, 2021, the next session of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will be held. The provisional agenda was published on Monday on the website of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The meeting will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday via a web conference.
The Plenum of the Supreme Court will again consider the topic of crimes against the interests of the service. He has already given explanations on these issues at one of the previous meetings, on June 8. Then they decided not to accept the resolution of 23 points and sent it for revision. Currently, there is no well-established judicial practice in the field of abuse of authority.
In addition, the Plenum will make changes to the procedure for compensation for violation of reasonable terms of legal proceedings.
