The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation approved the first review of judicial practice in 2021

The Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation approved the first review of the practice this year. The 153-page document deals with 55 cases.
The review, in particular, presents 17 cases from the practice of the Civil Cases Board. In particular, disputes related to the protection of property rights and other property rights; arising from contractual relations; as a result of harm, including as a result of an accident; arising from family relations; related to labor and social relations, as well as procedural issues are considered.
22 cases are presented in the section devoted to the Board of Economic Disputes. In particular, the practice of applying the legislation on bankruptcy; on property rights and land legislation; on the protection of competition; on taxes and fees; on the rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization. There are disputes arising from binding legal relations.
The section of the Board of Criminal Cases deals with nine cases that relate to qualification, sentencing and procedural issues.
The review contains five cases from the practice of the Board of Administrative Cases. And also one civil case from the practice of the College for Military Affairs.
